• CDM Annual Conference - This 2-day conference is our most popular training opportunity. You will receive intense computer training at your current comfort level and you will hear presentations from all over the country about the issues that are specific to your needs. There are many opportunities to network with your peers from other facilities.
• Tutorials - Every new client is put into our tutor program where you have access to a trainer who will guide you through the beginning stages of learning and setting up your new system.
• On-Site Facility-Based Training - If your facility chooses, you can have one of our training specialists train at your facility following your own specified agenda.
• Regional Training - These courses are set up several times a year and are open to all our users to attend. The agenda for these training sessions is usually specific to the needs seen in the region.
• Web-based training - This training is via the internet using WebEx and is offered for short topic focus, training and support.
