In-Depth System Review and Analysis Clinical Data Management's DataBase Doctor© service provides Trauma Departments with an in-depth review, analysis and expert recommendations for the trauma registry program. CDM’s many years of experience maintaining the growth and usability of trauma registry systems are put to use in the evaluation process.
The Database Doctor Service identifies areas of concern, points out processes that can be streamlined and provides a report with recommended changes to enhance the utilization and efficiency of the trauma registry. CDM software engineers and technicians evaluate server and workstation characteristics and configurations as it relates to the trauma registry. The system is analyzed for update levels, index configuration and user/security setup. The database is also examined for data integrity, pattern, and code and field validity. The overall health of your patient database is reviewed and evaluated. After thorough analysis of the system, CDM provides a written analysis and recommendations. The report contains a summary report; detail reports and suggestions on how to better utilize the trauma registry and maintain solid, complete and reportable patient data.
